Sound Healing and Cacao Ceremony

Come join us in this invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the heart.

• Please note: Arrive on time. As this is an after-hours event, doors will close 10 minutes after start time. Please do your best to arrive promptly so you don't miss entry.

We will gather in an intimate, heart-centered space devoted to stillness and intention. This ceremony is designed to guide you inward through ceremonial cacao, a special microdose mushroom blend, and a deeply restorative soundbath and meditation, creating space to reset, reflect, and align with the rhythms of your body.

This evening is designed to:

✨ Invite clarity and renewal through sound and ritual

This gathering offers a sacred pause to reconnect with yourself, your heart, and the cycles of the New Moon.

Ceremony Leader - Akoni

Student of Ayurvedic medicine, shamanic/spiritual guide, meditation and sound healing practitioner. He will be guiding participants through an immersive meditation and sound healing experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence.

What’s Included:

❤ Ceremonial mushroom microdoses with Syrian Rue to further expand the heart space
❤ Hapé circle to further ground the body with the help of Grandfather Tobacco
❤ Immersive soundbath and meditation session to lock in and explore intentions

Schedule:

3:00 PM – Arrival & grounding
3:30 PM - Opening circle
3:45 PM – Ceremonial medicine service
4:15 PM – Meditation, Hapé, and sound healing
6:15 PM – Closing circle

Notes and Preparation Guidelines

To get the full benefits of this experience, we do ask all participants to adhere to the following guidelines and precautions:

• If you can, please no food after lunch time (2pm)
• Keep any meals 24-48 hours before the event light and organic.
• No red meat or alcohol 2-3 days before the event
• If you are on any SSRIs or similar medications, please contact us directly if you’d like to participate in all medicines being served so we can accommodate you

Sacraments are an Offering, not a requirement.
Some days you'll arrive and know it's not the time for Medicine. You may never partake at all. We encourage tuning into yourself and seeing what is right for you. We honor that knowing as sovereign intuition is part of the practice we champion. Every Member is welcome exactly as they come.
