Psychedelic Facilitators & Allies Meetup
Location
Ceremony room, Plant Magic
About This Experience
A gathering for those actively working in, supporting, or advancing the psychedelic field.
The psychedelic field is evolving rapidly, and the conversations shaping its future matter.
Psychedelic Facilitators & Allies is a monthly, curated gathering for psychedelic facilitators and allied professionals who are actively contributing to this emerging field. This includes facilitators, integration practitioners, therapists, researchers, healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals whose work directly supports the responsible development of psychedelic practice and culture.
This is not an introductory psychedelic event or a general public meetup. It's a space for people already engaged in the work who are ready for more nuanced conversations, thoughtful debate, shared learning, and meaningful collaboration.
This Month's Featured Speaker: Azza Deterding
Azza Deterding will explore how Chinese medicine may inform psychedelic preparation and integration, drawing on East Asian medicine perspectives to consider holistic support before and after a psychedelic ceremony. www.extraordinarymed.com
Together, we'll examine how these frameworks might complement existing approaches to preparation, integration, and ongoing care, and where new questions, opportunities, and challenges emerge.
The Evening
- 6:00–6:15 PM | Introductions: Brief introductions from everyone in the room.
- 6:15–7:15 PM | Featured Conversation: Azza Deterding on Chinese medicine, psychedelic preparation & integration, with discussion.
- 7:15–8:00 PM | Connection & Collaboration: Build relationships, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities to work together.
The Bigger Vision
Each month, a different speaker will bring a new perspective to help us refine our narratives, strengthen our frameworks, and have better conversations about a field that is still being explored.
The long-term vision is to cultivate a room full of brilliant, thoughtful people who are actively helping shape the future of psychedelics: collaborating, solving problems, challenging assumptions, and advancing the industry in a healthy, integral, and holistic way.
Who should attend: Psychedelic facilitators and allied professionals with a meaningful connection to this work. This gathering is intended for people already working in or directly supporting the field, not the general public or those simply curious about psychedelics.
Come ready to contribute, listen, question, and connect.
