Awakening Breathwork

Activate the body and soul through the power of breath and intention.

Join the Plant Magic community for this new Spirit awakening and interactive Breathwork series led by Rick Alexander.

Starting in the communal cafe space, we will start with a tea ceremony and fireside talk. Then move up to the ceremony room for gentle movement, journaling, and soul awakening Breathwork ceremony.

• Bring a journal, pen, and yoga mat (yoga mats are not available at Plant Magic at this time)
• Please arrive on time. Doors will be locked 20 min after start time as this is an after hours event.

Rick Alexander is a depth psychological counselor, spiritual care provider, breathwork facilitator, and psychedelic integration practitioner dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through embodied, transformative experiences.

His work draws from depth psychology, meditation, the Tantric tradition, and the world's wisdom traditions, creating a grounded and compassionate approach to healing. With a background as a Special Operations Medic in the U.S. Navy and years of study in psychology, spirituality, and contemplative practice, Rick offers spaces that support self-discovery, emotional resilience, and lasting transformation.
