Plant Magic Church Mission
At Plant Magic Church, our sacred mission is to guide souls on transformative journeys of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual awakening through the ceremonial use of plant medicines. Religious Freedom & Plant Medicines
The practice of sacred plant medicine at Plant Magic Church is protected under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), a federal law enacted in 1993 to safeguard the rights of individuals and spiritual communities to honor their sincerely held religious beliefs. RFRA ensures that the government may not substantially burden religious practices—including sacramental use of plant medicines—without demonstrating a compelling interest and applying the least restrictive means.
This protection affirms our right to engage with plant medicines as a central element of our spiritual path, allowing us to gather in ceremony and communion in accordance with our deeply rooted beliefs.
